安心して食べられる地元安曇野産メインのシーズナルな材料を活かしたレシピを開発。

ヴィーガン^(*1)やグルテンフリー^(*2)といった考え方も取り入れ、
誰もが美味しく食べられるような
環境や身体に優しい焼き菓子をお届けします。

この場所が、あたりまえを見直すきっかけになったり、生きた情報交換ができる
ローカルプレイスとなることを目指しています。

Vegan（ヴィーガン）とは、完全菜食。 動物性のものを一切使わないライフスタイルや、そのような食事のことをさす言葉。
環境保護の観点からもこうした考えを持つ人が徐々に増えています。

At TIMINGS Bake Shop, we have developed recipes for foods that can be eaten with peace of mind and make use of seasonal ingredients grown mainly and locally in Azumino.

We have adopted the Vegan^(*1) and Gluten-free^(*2) ways of thinking and deliver baked sweets that can be enjoyed by everyone and are kind to the environment and a person's body.

This place aims to become a local place where you will have a chance to reexamine norms and can exchange live news.

The term "vegan" means a complete vegetable diet. The term refers to a lifestyle and meals in which animal substances are not used at all. People who hold these views from even the standpoint of environmental protection are gradually increasing.

私たちが生まれ育った大好きな地元『安曇野』で小さな焼き菓子屋を始めることになりました。
兄、ハジメはお店の内装や、デザインといった部分のプロデュースを。
妹、レイはパティシエとしてお店を切り盛りしています。

きっかけは従兄弟のマサルが代々続くリンゴ農園を引き継ぎ頑張っているのを見て、
小さな頃からリンゴといえばココ『犬飼農園』のリンゴを食べて育った私たちは、
このリンゴの美味しさをうまく伝える方法としてこのTIMINGS Bake Shopをやることにしたのです。

隣近所のご老人から、お子さん連れのママさん、ご家族、カップル、友人同士、たくさんの方に
長く愛される場所になるように美味しく、楽しくやって行きたいとおもいます。

We are opening a small baked goods shop in Azumino, our hometown which we love and where we grew up.
Hajime, the older brother, created the interior, and handles the design portion of the store.
Rei, the younger sister, manages the store in the role of pastry chef.

What inspired us to open this store was seeing our cousin Masaru hard at work at the apple farm carried on by his family for generations. We grew up eating the apples there - so much so that we'd think of Inukai Farm whenever we thought of apples - and we wanted a way to tell others about the deliciousness of these apples. Thus TIMINGS Bake Shop was born.

We hope to make this a delicious and fun place that will be loved for a long time by many: from elderly people in the neighborhood, to moms bringing their kids, families, couples and friends.

BEST QUALITY APPLE FROM OUR HOME TOWN

TIMINGS Bake Shopで使用している様々な種類の美味しいリンゴは、
全て従兄弟のマサルが端正込めて作っています。

標高が高く空気が綺麗な長野県松本市にある犬飼農園では、
寒暖の差によりギュっと身の締まったシャキシャキの歯ごたえと
糖度の高いリンゴたちを化学肥料や農薬をなるべく使わない減農薬農法で育てています。

肥料として土に撒くワラも、葉を元気にするために噴霧する手づくりの木酢も、
土の微生物によいエサとなるのです。

犬飼農園を訪れることがあれば、ぜひ土に触れてみてください。
微生物が元気に生きている土はふかふかのお布団のよう。
りんごの樹を育む栄養をたっぷり含んでいます。
そんな土から生まれたりんごの味は抜群です。

The delicious varieties of apples we use at TIMINGS Bake Shop are all produced with care by our cousin Masaru.

At Inukai Farm, located in the high elevation and clean air of Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture, the difference between hot and cold temperatures causes the firmness and crunchiness of these sweet apples, which are grown with a reduced pesticide farming method that uses as few chemical fertilizers and pesticides as possible.

The straw that is spread on the soil as a fertilizer, and the homemade wood vinegar sprayed on the leaves to make them healthy, both make good food for the microbes in the soil.

If you ever visit Inukai Farm, try touching the soil there. Soil with lots of healthy microbes is fluffy, like a duvet. It holds plenty of nutrients to cultivate apple trees. The taste of apples grown from that soil is unbeatable.
